Oceana is an advocacy organization that has taken up an active role in the fight against offshore drilling in the wake of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill earlier this year. Sure, the spill may now be contained, but the environmental impacts and the threats of offshore drilling are ongoing problems that shouldn’t be ignored.
