Inspiring Palette: Lemon Yellow + Gray

Seriously. I think Leslie of  A Creative Mint is one of the most talented people going. Her monthly column for decor8 is always a nonstop wonder and a study in inspiration. This latest color palette of bright lemon yellow paired with soft gray and kraft paper feels both wintery and like an early ode to spring. The beauty of Leslie’s work is truly in the little details. Scraps of ribbon and twine, a pile of lemons spilling out of a painted tin can, and bits of Japanese tape take ordinary objects and makes them something truly lovely.
