It’s been a couple of weeks since we’ve talked about mixing up a tasty cocktail or two, and with August looking like it’s going to be just as hot as July today we’re going frozen! Typically I love a classic margarita on the rocks. Not frozen, no extra fruity flavors. But can we please discuss these strawberry coconut margaritas for a second? They look insanely good. And really, you can never go wrong with a frozen cocktail on a hot summer day. I also love frozen drinks because you can skip the alcohol if you’re not a drinker or offer them up to the kids for the same frosty refreshment. With margaritas I always suggest going for the good stuff – a high quality tequila and Grand Marnier. Trust me, it makes all the difference!
