Seriously, friends. I may have just died and gone to pasty heaven. Could we please pause a moment in homage to this amazing blueberry brie galette? I kind of love galettes. They’re like tasty little pie/tart confections that skip all the fuss of fancy crust in lieu of a little pocket of deliciousness. And make no mistake about it. Blueberry paired with brie is one of the best flavor combinations going, if you ask me. So you know this is good. Good enough to whip up for brunch this weekend if you ask me!

Whaaaaat? Yum!!! I can see it with paper thin sliced apples for fall, too. Also Trader Joe's has amazing goat cheese rolled in blueberries -- great way to get a kid to try goat cheese!
