Howdy I’m Glamping in Montana!

It was another super early wake up call this morning for Erika and I as we rolled out from her home in Charleston (where I’ve been hanging out all week) and made our way to Montana today. (We’re talking three flights and about 14 hours in airports and on planes!) We just arrived a bit ago and we are over the moon to be here glamping with Skinny Cow for the weekend. Our home for the next few days is absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to share all the details of our trip with you. In the meantime though, let’s talk travel! Specifically, the tools and accessories that make it possible for me to stay connected and have it together when I’m traveling. As a blogger that’s one of the number one questions I get. How do I manage everything while traveling for work and still trying to stay up to date with family life and maintaining the blog? The short answer is – it’s not easy! That said, travel is a passion of mine so lately I’ve made it a priority to invest in a few little things to make it easier to travel and work without skipping a beat. (It’s that whole having it all thing that all of us are striving for!) For the record, this bag that holds my laptop and my camera is my new favorite thing ever! And my Day Designer is also an invaluable tool.  Oh and when I’m traveling packing light is key! It makes everything so much easier. So when I pack for a trip like this I try to think of really versatile pieces like chambray tops that can be dressed up for dinners or paired with yoga pants for lounging around. And a great pair of boots that are just as perfect for kicking around the ranch as they are clomping through city streets. Here are just a few of the things I’m loving right now!
