Fizzy Spiked Pear Punch

  • 4 cups pear juice
  • 1 bottle prosecco or champagne
  • ¾ cup vanilla vodka
  • ½ cup simple syrup
  • Fresh pears for garnish
  1. Pour pear juice, vodka and simple syrup into a pitcher and stir to combine.
  2. Pop a bottle of bubbly and slowly pour the full bottle into the juice mixture in your pitcher.
  3. Stir again, gently.
  4. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup, or skip it entirely!
  5. Fill glasses to the top with ice and serve up your pear punch!
  6. Garnish with slices of pear. Tip: I ran my pears through my mandolin to get those cool pear-shaped slices of fruit.
