  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • White nonpareil sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
For the Jiggler Shots
  1. Pour rosé and simple syrup in a cool saucepan
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over top and allow it to sit for 3 - 5 before heating
  3. Turn the heat to medium-high and bring to a simmer, mixing to incorporate the gelatin
  4. Continue to heat until the gelatin is fully dissolved being careful not to let the mixture boil
  5. Pour rosé gelatin mixture into a large heat-safe measuring cup
  6. Add vodka and food coloring and gently stir
  7. Pour into a lightly greased silicone mold and refrigerate for four hours or overnight
  8. Use a bamboo skewer or similar to gently outline the shape of each jiggler bunny, to help it remove easier from the mold
  9. Finally, create a face for the bunny using three white nonpareil sprinkles for eyes and a nose
For the Strawberry Simple Syrup
  1. Add sugar and water to a saucepan and boil over medium-high heat until sugar is dissolved
  2. Add strawberries and continue to boil at a low boil for 12 - 15 minutes being careful not to let it bubble over
  3. Remove from the heat and strain through a sieve into a bowl or similar
  4. Use the back of a spatula or wooden spoon to push as much of the juice through the sieve as possible, then toss the remaining mushed up berries
  5. Allow the syrup to cool completely before using
