Buffalo Bean Dip

  • 15 oz can chickpeas, drained
  • 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup Buffalo sauce
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Blue cheese crumbles to garnish
  • Diced celery to garnish
  • Extra Buffalo sauce for drizzling
  1. Add chickpeas, cannellini beans, Buffalo sauce, sour cream and lemon juice to a food processor.
  2. Process on high until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, top with blue cheese crumbles, diced celery and drizzle with Buffalo sauce before serving.
