Loaded Ranch Dip

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 1 small can black olives
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 packet ranch mix
  1. Place cream cheese and sour cream in a food processor and blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. In the meantime, dice the red bell pepper and jalapeño pepper after deseeding and deveining.
  3. Chop the black olives roughly.
  4. Add peppers, olives, thawed corn to the food processor.
  5. Add ranch mix, process until smooth and well combined.
  6. Serve in a bowl topped with extra corn and peppers as desired.
  7. Pair with Deep River Snacks Zesty Jalapeño, Ninja Ginger or Aged Cheddar Horseradish kettle chips!
