Spring Pea Hummus

- 4 cups of frozen spring peas, thawed
- ⅔ cup tahini
- ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 large garlic cloves, peeled
- ⅓ cup water
- 2 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Add peas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, water and sea salt to a food processor. Blend until mostly smooth.
- Continue blending while slowly streaming in the olive oil until smooth.
- Check seasoning and add extra sea salt to taste.
- Pair with Deep River Snacks Sea Salt & Vinegar kettle chips!
