Spring Pea Hummus

  • 4 cups of frozen spring peas, thawed
  • ⅔ cup tahini
  • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 large garlic cloves, peeled
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  1. Add peas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, water and sea salt to a food processor. Blend until mostly smooth.
  2. Continue blending while slowly streaming in the olive oil until smooth.
  3. Check seasoning and add extra sea salt to taste.
  4. Pair with Deep River Snacks Sea Salt & Vinegar kettle chips!
