Easy Pickled Red Onions

  • 2 medium to large red onions
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 cup organic apple cider vinegar
  • ⅛ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  1. Thinly slice onions diametrically, then separate the rings of onion and place in a large jar
  2. Combine water, apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt in a small mixing bowl. Whisk until salt and sugar are dissolved.
  3. Pour water and vinegar mixture over the onions and close the jar tightly
  4. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight
