Lemon Zest Cupcakes

Good morning, friends! I thought I’d start the week with something sweet and uplifting, because if I’m honest, I’m still recovering from an incredibly tough week and could really use a pick-me-up. Perhaps you can, too? Even just the sight of these lemon zest cupcakes, spied over at Lanalou recently, does the trick for me. Now, if I had one to go with my morning coffee today that’d be even better, but I’ll take what I can get right now.
