Clara is One

I am so excited to share this birthday party with you today. It’s the first birthday of my “niece” Clara, whose momma is none other than my sweet friend Carolynn of Two Brunettes. Carolynn incorporated Clara’s love for Mickey and Minnie, her own love for the neon trend that is kicking around, and some of her awesome illustrations that have become the hallmark of Two Brunettes. The party was captured by two of our other awesome friends, the lovely Alice G. Patterson and her partner in crime, her sister Beth. The house was packed with balloons, loads of yummy food and more family love than you can imagine. Here’s wishing a very happy first birthday to one of my favorite little girls in the whole wide world. I feel like it was just yesterday that Carolynn kept thinking she was going into labor, hitting me up on gmail chat freaking out about it what felt like every few minutes and here we are a year later. I’m so happy to have this sweet baby girl in my life.
