Surely I’m not alone in noticing all of the rhubarb recipes cropping up basically everywhere at the moment, am I? Rhubarb is kind of the queen of summer ingredients if you ask me and made into cakes, pies and crisps it’s utterly delicious. Of course, rhubarb goes perfectly with strawberry, another of my favorite seasonal flavors, but have you ever tried it in a cocktail? Or paired with ginger? Neither have I! But now I’m thinking I’m going to have to give one (or two or three) of these amazing recipes a try here sometime soon.
