Today is one of those Monday mornings where I could have slept away half the morning. I think because it’s cool and dark today and definitely feeling more like fall by the hour it seems. Today’s color palette? It’s directly inspired by the colors I’m seeing outside and all around right now. Overcast skies and trees rich with deep emerald green, but in a way that you know soon they’ll be blending out to burnt orange and red. Dark, slightly moody, but absolutely gorgeous all the same. The September rains are moving in, but I have to say I’m finally starting to feel ready for fall. This color palette is like the perfect transition.

Thanks, Nadine! :-) The couple weeks sans palettes was not planned, just got caught up with long weekends. The color palettes are one of my favorites so we're back at it!

Oh Cyd, how I missed the palletes. Thanks for bringing back the colours! Especially with this mossy green and the grey, it captures my mood almost perfectly. Have a lovely week!

Not-so-secretly, naming the color swatches is my favorite part of creating palettes ;-) I dream of being a paint chip namer! lol xoxo

One of the things I love most about your palette posts are the names you give the colors. So glamorous. :)
