Hi, guys! I hope you had an amazing weekend and that for those of you who celebrated that your 4th of July festivities involved loads of fireworks, sunshine and ice cream. Speaking of ice cream, I’m wretchedly sick today and ice cream is the only thing that sounds good because my throat is killing me. And my head and my body, too. I’m not quite sure yet if I’m just dealing with a sinus infection from hell or some version of the flu, but I started to feel it coming on last evening and by this morning I was laid out flat. So basically, I’m going to curl back up under a huge mound of blankets now and continue binge watching Private Practice on Netflix. And wishing for the ice cream fairy to show up. In the meantime, make yourself some of this vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. It looks like heaven on a cone!
