One of the things I never expected to love about planning our wedding was dress shopping. There were a lot of reasons I suspected that to be case, but it ended up being the complete opposite. I loved shopping for dresses and went from being the girl who thought I’d never have that “this is the one!” moment to falling completely, madly, deeply in love with my dress. It’s actually the only part about planning our wedding that I miss. Again, the complete opposite of what I thought would happen. (Just goes to show, you never really know.) So today I felt like playing dress up and started thinking about what I would wear right now today if I were to get married all over again later on this evening. My picks? A stunning asymmetrical dress that is one part romantic and one part fashionista. An amazing yellow satin clutch for a burst of fresh, happy color and a gorgeous pair of classic black satin Christian Louboutin peep toe pumps. To complete the look, a bouquet of dramatic white anemones tied simply with a black ribbon. If you were getting married right now today, what would you wear?
