DIY Paper Snowflakes

True to my word, I continue to be obsessed with pretty handmade holiday decor. Strands of paper snowflakes strung on string as garland or used as festive gift toppers are too lovely for words. I think they’d also be incredibly cute used as napkin rings, too.
