This DIY idea is pretty brilliant, I’ve got to say. Go to Home Depot or Lowes (or your home improvement store of choice). Pick out your favorite paint chips in pretty rainbow hues. Cut into cute little eggs, fashion them into a garland with a bit of string and make the Easter bunny happy. Oh. All for about $0. Like I said – brilliant.
