It’s amazing to me how quickly the seasons change here in upstate New York. While we still have several blissful weeks of summer left, the shift in the air from July to August is almost always palpable. A couple of weeks ago we were melting in 100+ degree temperatures with incredibly high humidity and this week I’ve found myself wearing a cardigan almost every day! All this to say, I can tell it’s not far off before I’m thinking of fall, which may be why I was so inspired by these gorgeous golden honey colors this week. I love pairing bold, saturated color with softer hues that then almost act as really pretty neutrals. Suffice it to say, I am loving this color palette right now.
