Lately I’ve had a slight obsession with wanting to make homemade doughnuts and bagels for the first time. I mean, talk about cold weather comfort food! Bagels straight from the oven? Perfectly sugared mini doughnuts? Now that’s some kind of heaven. So in a nutshell, you can expect that I’ll be trying these lemon ricotta doughnuts by Elephantine a whole lot sooner rather than later. They just feel like the perfect Sunday morning treat with a big cup of coffee, don’t you think?
