Admittedly with the holidays over my baking regime has dwindled back down to nil. That said, these banana bourbon cupcakes totally caught my eye. I love baking with bourbon! They’re just something about it that’s all warm and spicy and balances all the sweetness in a pretty awesome way. I also happen to love anything involving bananas, at least when it comes to baked goods. Add bourbon chocolate ganache on top and you’ve got perfection, in a nutshell. Make these. I have a feeling you’ll be so so glad you did!
