There are few things I know with absolute certainty. The fact that I will surely have melted into a puddle of my former self by the end of this week? That is one of those things. The heat and humidity has been stifling much of the last two weeks, but today Mother Nature decided to take up a few notches. It was pushing 90 by the time I had coffee this morning and, friends, in a land where most people do not have central a/c at home, the 90s are just too much for our little Upstate New York hearts. Unless, you’re on a boat. Or, unless you’re sipping something icy cold. So, today, I’m here to help everyone cool off with 10 seriously amazing frozen cocktail recipes. Prefer a virgin drink?
