I love to cook. I know I’ve mentioned this many times before, but getting in the kitchen and having fun is one of my favorite things to do. There’s no better way to leave the rest of the world behind for a bit. I usually crank Pandora on my iPhone and sing while I chop. It’s how I do. So in that spirit, I thought I’d share 10 favorite recipes that are perfect for everyday dinners! All of these recipes are vegetarian and you’ll see a running themes of loads of whole grains like quinoa and lots of veggies. Because that’s how I eat so therefore that’s what catches my eye. That said, get creative and switch ’em to suit your taste buds and lifestyle. It’s more fun that way anyhow!
