In my world, a good homemade granola is as good as comfort food gets. I love making granola to have with Greek yogurt for breakfast or to package up and take along for a hike. I can think of so many excuses to make up a batch of granola to be jarred, labeled and tied with ribbon for loved ones. Jars of granola would be perfect favors at a wedding, shower or a morning after brunch. (Or any brunch really.) I love spring and all the many excuses to have brunch – Easter, Mother’s Day, bridal showers. And I’m also looking for an excuse to have brunch with my girlfriends just because, so I think some pretty jars of granola will be making an appearance in my world sometime soon.

Ohh Mike loves granola, too, Rebecca! I do think our hubbies would get along. We've got to get on that wine tour planning. ;-)
Love love love the idea of vanilla sugar, Maggie! I have to go all DIY for the holidays next year. It's much more fun and by then we'll have a mortgage and be grateful for the cash savings, too.

Adore these!! I did jars of vanilla sugar as one of my DIY Christmas gifts to family, and granola would've made a grand accompaniment. These are adorable.
