Baby Shower Garden Party

I was so excited to have photographer Brea McDonald share photos of the sweet garden-inspired baby shower she recently held in honor of her good friend, Amber, and couldn’t wait to share them with you today. The party was held at The Blue Elephant in Saco, Maine, and Brea pulled together a beautiful event using her collection of vintage table linens and a bunch of sweet DIY touches. I love all of the pretty colorful details, from the terra cotta potted flowers that served as both favors and place cards to the DIY paper pinwheels she crafted using pretty patterned recycled gift wrap from Smock that she purchased at Gus & Ruby Letterpress. I think what I love most are all of the bright colors, the abundance of cheerful yellow flowers and the mix and matched floral linens. Isn’t this just beautiful? I think I’m going to steal a few ideas and invite my mom over for a Mother’s Day brunch.
