Oh boy do I love a great backyard party. This colorful shindig was planned by photographer Andrea Hubbell for her good friends Kristin and Tommy in anticipation of the arrival of their baby girl. With a focus on bright colors, fun balloons, and delicious fiesta-inspired food, Andrea drew inspiration from the invitations by Smudge Ink from Rock Paper Scissors. I never grow tired of pretty mason jar centerpieces and love the budget-friendly mix of bright tulips and cheerful party balloons. And, allow me to just say – I love coed baby showers. Who says Daddy can’t be part of the fun?
Many thanks to Andrea for sharing this pretty little fiesta and congratulations to Kristin and Tommy!

How did you attach the balloons to the mason jars? Or, did you have some type of weight the balloons were tied to and dropped into the mason jar? If so, where did you get the weights.
Thank you!
