A Fancy Halloween Party + Witches Brew Cocktail

Throughout October I’m going to be taking some time off and have invited a handful of my favorite bloggers to join us. Today the wonderfully talented Ashley Brooke of Ashley Brooke Designs is here with us. For loads of stylish ideas, don’t miss the Ashley Brooke Designs blog! Also make sure to check out her shop, loaded with beautiful stationery and her lovely hand illustrations.

A fancy Halloween party | The Sweetest Occasion

Happy (almost) Halloween! Around here, we love a good dress-up sesh, but this year, I’m thinking about doing something a bit more sophisticated and totally over the top! I love the idea of an old fashioned masquerade ball where everyone dons fancy clothes and uses their masks and accessories to go all out. My Target mask and Carlee Sizemore headpiece up the drama factor and the patterned tights punch up this great dress (which I plan on wearing the heck out of this Fall). My advice? Call some friends, mix up a batch of our witches brew cocktail and get a little fancy…you can thank me later!
