Happy (almost) Halloween! Around here, we love a good dress-up sesh, but this year, I’m thinking about doing something a bit more sophisticated and totally over the top! I love the idea of an old fashioned masquerade ball where everyone dons fancy clothes and uses their masks and accessories to go all out. My Target mask and Carlee Sizemore headpiece up the drama factor and the patterned tights punch up this great dress (which I plan on wearing the heck out of this Fall). My advice? Call some friends, mix up a batch of our witches brew cocktail and get a little fancy…you can thank me later!

Witches Brew Cocktail (source)

Ingredients –

• 3/4 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
• 2 oz  citrus vodka
• Splash of white cranberry juice
• Berries or green fruit to garnish

Directions –
Combine all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Enjoy!
