While I’m not historically a big whiskey drinker, in the last year or so I’ve really come to enjoy the rich caramel flavor. Especially this time of year! I find something about great whiskey cocktails so perfect for fall. Paired with fruit like berries and figs, it’s just so darn tasty. If you think you’re not a whiskey fan, I encourage you to practice what I always preach and try a higher quality whiskey or bourbon. You might just be shocked (like I was) to find yourself a convert! When in doubt, whiskey is amazing with ginger flavors. And, yes, ginger ale counts.
