Color Palette: Cranberry + Pine

I feel a bit as though I should have warned you that we’re face planting right into all things Christmas around here. Because my house smells like Christmas pine and we’re working our way through our holiday shopping list and, well, that’s how it goes in my world. I’m literally a freak for Christmas. My mom always made it so much fun for us kids and now well into our late 20s and early 30s, our family still keeps many of those same traditions alive. Last night we dug out all our bins of Christmas decorations and I delighted in unwrapping everything. Old ornaments that were once my grandmother’s, the spun glass star ornaments I bought for the first tree I had of my own, and velvet stockings soon to be overflowing with goodies. So this color palette perfectly captures where I’m at these days. Daydreaming of fresh pine, sugared cranberries and enjoying every bit of this holly jolly season.
