Speaking of my current pancake obsession, I would be all too happy to have someone make me up a batch of these Halloween pumpkin pancakes tomorrow morning. Or, heck! I’d be down for having them for dinner, too. I don’t care what anyone says. Pancakes shaped like Jack O’Lanterns are my kind of awesome.
