An Apple Orchard Wedding

Granted, I’ve only been married for not quite four months, but sometimes I already find myself thinking about what I would do differently if I were to do it all over again. Don’t get me wrong, our wedding was truly lovely and I really wouldn’t change it for the world, but sometimes I can’t help but fall madly in love with an amazing wedding. This one takes the cake for me. It’s the wedding of Nicole Hill who is an amazing photographer and who also writes a great blog, A Little Sussy. All of the details are wonderfully heartfelt and meaningful and the embodiment of pretty, casual elegance. Of course, the photography by one of my favorites, Elizabeth Messina, is awe-worthy, too. I couldn’t resist sharing a bit of this wedding, but make sure to visit Elizabeth’s blog Kiss the Groom and A Little Sussy for many more photos and details.

I absolutely adore this wedding!! I came across it while searching for wedding quilt ideas. I'm planning on making quilt squares to go underneath the flower arrangements on the tables at our wedding. (Then, after the wedding, I'm going to sew them into a quilt!) I'm wondering if anyone knows approximately what size the pieces of fabric under her flower arrangements are? I have been worried that my quilt blocks will be too small and look funny. These fabric pieces seem to be in perfect proportion and look great! .-= Sheay's most recent blog post: Apple Cherry Cobbler =-.
