If you recall, last Friday I shared a few recipes using leftover Halloween candy so I thought this week we’d do something similarly fun with three yummy pumpkin spice recipes! Confession – I’m not a huge pumpkin spice latte fan. I know, I know. That’s like some kind of autumnal sacrilege, I get it. But, honestly it’s just too sweet for me most of the time. (I like my coffee strong and tasting like, well, coffee.) That said, tempt me with a pumpkin cake or a cupcake with a big dollop of pumpkin pudding frosting and we’ve got a whole different conversation happening.
