It has been a shockingly long time since we wrapped up the week with a little Friday Link Love, but starting today we’re officially back in action! We’re talking about a handful of fresh, pretty DIY ideas perfect for a little January weekend crafting. This is pretty much going to be a working weekend for me. I had to take some time off this week to deal with some family/personal matters so I’ll be working hard this weekend to get caught up on my to-do list and start working on fun Valentine’s Day content to share with you in the coming weeks. What are you up to this weekend? Whatever it is I hope it’s fabulous and fun! See you here on Monday! xoxo

I love your blog- so glad I found it! Hope you don’t mind, but I also do a link round up and had to share a link to your site on it. You can check it out here: http://polkadotsandphotographs.blogspot.com/2015/01/links-links-links.html
I love those clothes hangers in gold with pastel accents in them. I’m a sucker for anything gold and pastel actually. At the same time the tips about hand lettering on photos was pretty awesome too!
I agree, Anne! I am loving those clothes hangers and I can never get enough of gold paired with pastels. Hope you had a great weekend!
Saniel, I definitely agree with you overall. I just found the article really interesting, because I wasn’t expecting that at all and in particular I loved the more general comparison between German markets and American grocery stores as we know them. I’ve spent a reasonable amount of time in Germany (my stepfather has family there and also my brother lived there for a few years) and they certainly are very different, but the price comparison was most interesting to me. Anyway, just an article I found interesting and wanted to share! :-) Happy weekend to you!
You are so welcome, Rachel! I am such a sucker for a great printable. ;-) I promise to take at least a little break, scout’s honor! Happy Friday! xoxo
Snowshoeing sounds great, too, Jessica! Now that you say that, I think we might take an afternoon to go skating…there’s a cute little outdoor rink in our village, right at the end of our street. Hopefully it’s warm enough to skate without freezing! ;-)
Aldi has good prices on some items, but every time I go the produce looks horrible. Limp, bruised and not fresh. I get snacks from there but consciously read labels. Prefer Trader Joe’s over his brother anyday.
Thank you so much for sharing my printable Cyd! All of these projects are amazing, such a great color palette! Hope you have a lovely weekend (don’t forget to take a tiny break!).
I’m hoping to go snowshoeing this weekend, but now I’m feeling a little DIY coming on. Thanks for sharing such fun links and also — good luck tearing yourself away from Serial!
