I’ve always been a huge berry fan, but blueberries always sort of fell to the bottom of that list for me. Until, that is, my inaugural trip to Maine six or so years ago when my first taste of wild Maine blueberries forever changed my life. It sounds dramatic, I know, but it’s absolutely true. Since then I’ve been a certifiable blueberry freak, which is why I get really excited when they come into season each summer. Just to make sure you’re ready, today I’m sharing five of the best blueberry desserts going. Ok, ok, one of them is a cocktail, because that’s how we do.
