Loving Books

Happy Monday, friends! I hope everyone had a great weekend. I had a fabulous time last week with friends old and new at Alt and am now so excited to be back to share new inspiration and ideas with you.  While at Alt, one of the speakers said, “You are what you blog,” and that truly resonated with me. I have always made a concerted effort to blog what I’m personally passionate about and to share that passion with you. As I flew home this weekend I couldn’t stop thinking about books. My husband and I, both massive book junkies, just had built-in bookcases built on either side of our fireplace and I can’t stop daydreaming about filling them up. I love incorporating books in special occasions, whether it be the bookmark the dates I made for our wedding or asking friends to bring a favorite children’s book to a baby shower. There is a warm, heirloom quality to books that instantly makes me nostalgic. Herewith, a few fabulous ways to incorporate books in your celebration…
