Well, guys. It’s official! It’s fall. And boy did it ever feel like it here this weekend. It was rainy and chilly, the kind of early fall chill that kind of takes you by surprise. We took a drive up into the foothills of the Adirondacks yesterday and we were blown away by how swiftly the trees are changing up there. I was definitely channeling that early foliage with this fall color palette. I love shades of autumnal orange paired with deep, rich blues. It’s makes for a look that’s warm and cozy, while still feeling full of energy. Take this bedroom for instance. How amazing are those super dark walls with that amazing bedding? Now that’s a room where I could spend hours all snuggled up with a good book.
p.s. Want even more pretty fall color palette inspiration? Here are five of my favorites from the last couple of years! Granny Smith + McIntosh, Sapphire + Pumpkin, Poppy + Marigold, Whiskey + Chambray, and Espresso + Wheat
