I love both chickpeas and avocado so this easy little salad looks like a perfect snack or lunch to me. I think it’d be so yummy wrapped up in big leafs of romaine! Get the recipe at The Merrythought

Thanks, Michaela! I’m definitely going to check that one out. I’ve been trying to eat as Paleo as possible, but as a vegetarian it’s difficult for me to avoid things like legumes and quinoa so I’m trying to stick with a gluten-free and dairy-free adaptation. Admittedly I do need to clean it up a bit post-holidays. ;-) Happy New year to you! xo

Lovely recipes, i’ll definitely give some of these a try. Since my whole30 i’ve gone gluten-free, sugar-free and fake-sugar-free (so not sodas for me anymore!) and it’s been great!
